Ivan Radev Rusev, better known as Ivan Radev, is a Bulgarian artist. One of the largest collectors in Bulgaria. He works in the field of artistic spatial design and decorative-monumental art. Ivan Radev designed the space around the National Palace of Culture at the personal request of Lyudmila Zhivkova.
