After 150 performances, tens of thousands of viewers across the country, and hundreds of hours of laughter, the hit comedy "Friday Night" is taking the biggest stage in its history. On November 25, Pavel Ivanov, Stoyan Doychev, Filip Bukov, Hristo Padev, and Alexander Deyanov-Skiller will gather in Hall 1 of the NDK for the Biggest "Friday Night" - a special edition of the show.
For four years now, the five have been telling the audience about that almost sacred moment at the end of the week when everything seems possible – Friday night. In that stage of life when meetings with friends become a distant dream, and the preparation for a night out sometimes takes longer than the outing itself.
Pavel Ivanov, Stoyan Doychev, Filip Bukov, and Hristo Padev take on various roles and guide the audience through all the stages of a long-awaited evening – from the complicated organization and attempts to leave the house to the Friday binge that mixes up plans, memories, and the puzzle of the next morning. With the music and beatbox effects of Skiller, they turn well-known situations from the lives of friends, spouses, and fathers into a dynamic comedy with choreography, dance, and plenty of self-irony.
"Friday Night," directed by Ivaylo Nenov, is a show about the small escapes from everyday life, about friendship, and about that thirst for freedom that doesn't disappear with growing up – it just becomes harder to organize. Because sometimes the boldest dream of a man is simply to go out with friends. The texts are by Vanya Georgieva and "a bunch of guys," the set design is by Teodor Kiryakov, and the choreography is by Alexander Mandzhukov.
On November 25 in Hall 1 of the NDK, Wednesday will not be Little Friday. This time it will be the Biggest "Friday Night".
