Four decades of love for the magic of the seventh art, full halls, and shared emotions – this autumn, "Kinomania" celebrates its 40th edition!

On this occasion, the film forum will turn into a true celebration. In the second half of November – as tradition dictates, the festival will present the strongest, most discussed, and award-winning titles from Cannes, Venice, Toronto, and Karlovy Vary shortly after their world premieres.

“The Phantom of the Opera” by Alexandre Astier will open the French Film Festival on November 16 at 7 PM. The film brings the classic story into the present day, starring Dèva Cassel – the daughter of Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel, and Romain Duris. The event is realized in partnership with the French Institute in Bulgaria.
